Fate Trigger set to drop in early 2026
The developer team behind this fast-paced action game Fate Trigger have confirmed that an early access version of the game will go live early next year. The project is being developed for PC and PlayStation 5, and these platforms will be the first to receive access. While the mobile port has long been on the studio's roadmap, the iOS and Android releases have been delayed. Based on the current schedule, it will take place after the main launch.

In Early Access, players will be able to try out two new characters. One of them is Fally, a heroine with the unique ability to clone herself during battle, creating the illusion of an entire squad. The second character hasn't yet been revealed, but the team says they'll offer "an unconventional approach to control and new tactical possibilities."

The creators also confirmed that Fate Trigger will feature a flexible control customization system, including quick commands and deep adaptation for controllers. This should improve player comfort and make gameplay more responsive, whether you are on keyboard or pad.

In addition, the game will offer cross-progression and cross-play, allowing players to save a single account and sync progress across devices. Players can also disable cross-platform co-op if desired.

The developers note that the early version release is just the beginning. Expect ongoing updates with a series of performance optimization patches, as well as major content drops featuring new arenas, missions, and story arc throughout the year.

A new mode, previously shown at State of Play, will also be added closer to release. It combines PvE and PvP elements, creating dynamic battles between teams of players and powerful bosses.
