Pre-registration opens for new MOBA Astro Arena featuring short matches
KRAFTON has officially launched pre-registration for the mobile game, Astro Arena, a new project from PUBG Studios that emphasizes fast-paced team battles and dynamic gameplay.
This competitive MOBA, played in a 3v3 format, differs significantly from classic examples of the genre. Instead of protracted matches, the developers offer short battles lasting approximately five minutes. This approach is primarily aimed at a mobile audience that prefers quick gaming sessions.
According to published information, the project's international launch will take place on July 9–10, 2026, depending on the region and time zone. The release will be limited.

Astro Arena will initially be available in only seven countries: India, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Mexico, Brazil, and the United States. The developers have not yet announced when the list of supported regions will expand. However, users can already pre-register through mobile app stores.
One of the rewards for pre-registration will be epic heroes. Additionally, players who log into Astro Arena daily for the first three days after the server launch will be able to earn additional epic heroes.
The developers cite the variety of PvP modes as the project's key feature. In addition to traditional team battles, players will capture and hold control points, escort a moving minecart to its destination, and complete evacuation and escape missions. This makes Astro Arena more reminiscent of modern hero shooters than traditional MOBAs.
