Lara Croft: Guardian of Light is now free-to-play on mobile
Now you can try the mobile version of Lara Croft: Guardian of Light completely free: Feral Interactive has launched a new “try before you buy” model. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play and immediately dive into the first two levels — alone or in co-op.
To continue the journey with Lara Croft further, you will have to buy the full version, which includes levels three through fourteen, as well as all downloadable add-ons (DLC). The price is one-time, without subscriptions and microtransactions.
Guardian of Light is an action adventure with puzzles, shootouts and artifacts, where traps, ancient gods and the classic spirit of Tomb Raider await you. The mobile version supports both touch controls and external gamepads. However, players are already asking the developers to add a button setting for the gamepad to improve convenience.
After update 1.2.4 from July 29, 2025, minor bugs were also fixed in the game. And in the American App Store, the project rose to 86th place in the Adventures section — and this is only the beginning.
