Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage gets hit with another respawn timer
Fabled Game Studios has once again left Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage fans on edge. Back in late 2025, the developers promised to release the mobile version of the game in January 2026, but later pushed it back to May. Now, with only about two weeks left until the end of the month, gamers still cannot even wishlist or pre-register because the game's App Store and Google Play pages remain offline — a worrying sign for any mobile release.
The last major update about the handheld version arrived several months ago. Back then, the studio blamed the postponement on technical difficulties and additional work to refine key mechanics. However, after that, communication has basically gone complete silence.

On May 7th, Fabled Game's community manager attempted to defuse the situation. He encouraged fans to hold tight and wait for a full informational post about the mobile version of Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage. Meanwhile, the PC version is still in Early Access, and user reviews on Steam remain mixed.
If the launch is really scheduled for May, Fabled Game will have to dramatically ramp up marketing in the next few days, open the game's pages in digital stores, and finally demonstrate the project's completion. Otherwise, Pirates Outlaws 2: Heritage risks becoming yet another long-term project, promised for release "very soon" for months now.
