Nexon launches closed beta test for Azur Promilia
Nexon has officially confirmed a closed beta phase for its ambitious cross-platform RPG, Azur Promilia. The test will run from May 15th to 18th and marks the project’s first large-scale test ahead of launch. Windows PC and Android device owners will be able to join the server, but entry will not be guaranteed — the developers will hand out access key to selected users who pre-registered.
Judging by the community's reaction, interest in the game has significantly exceeded expectations. Azur Promilia is already being called one of the most talked about anime RPGs of recent months, with many players comparing it to the biggest titles of the genre. However, Nexon clearly intends to focus not only on the visual style, but also on the scale of the world, the interaction system with creatures, and cooperative mechanics.
The developers will publish the results of the participant selection on the project's official website. Pre-downloading of the client will begin on May 13th, giving testers enough time to install everything before the servers officially go live and avoiding day-one download queues.

Additionally, a special web event will begin with the start of the test. Players will be asked to collect virtual stickers by completing various activities. Those who complete the collection will automatically be entered into a prize draw. Rewards include Google Play gift cards and other bonuses.
For now, testing has only been confirmed for South Korea, and the developers have not disclosed any information about the international launch date. Despite this, pre-registration for the global version is already available on the game's official website, hinting at Nexon's plans to release the project far beyond its domestic market.
