The card clicker This Aint Even Poker, Ya Joker will be released on smartphones
Doghowl Games is preparing a mobile release of the unusual card game This Aint Even Poker, Ya Joker. The developers have already launched the project's official pages on the App Store and Google Play, confirming that the game will be available on smartphones in mid-March. The tentative release date is March 19th.
The project was initially released on PC on December 11th, 2025, and quickly attracted the attention of players. On the Steam digital store, the game received very positive reviews, with users noting its unique gameplay and unusual combination of genres.
The concept of This Aint Even Poker, Ya Joker is inspired by the popular card game Balatro. The gameplay is based on familiar elements: decks of cards, classic poker hands, and special joker cards that can dramatically change the course of a game. However, the developers decided to complement the familiar mechanics with new elements, adding an idle system.

Players not only collect card combinations but also send characters on expeditions, upgrade various bonuses, and play multiple hands simultaneously. This makes the gameplay more dynamic and intense. The screen constantly updates, revealing new events, bonuses, and upgrades, requiring the player to react quickly and activate them.
Due to this hybrid approach, it's difficult to classify the project into a single genre. Formally, the game resembles a roguelike card game, but many users consider it more of a clicker with a poker system. Much of the gameplay is based on actively clicking on various interface elements, which update literally every few seconds.
