Beta Test of Neverness to Everness introduces a prison system with escape mechanics
On December 31st, the Neverness to Everness team officially announced the opening of registration for the upcoming beta test of the global version of the game. Along with this, the developers shared new details about the content that will be available to test participants. Previously, information had only appeared in the form of rumors and leaks, but now all the new features have been confirmed by the game's creators themselves.

Two massive dungeons with anomalies — the Bank and the Hospital — will headline the beta. These locations are designed for cooperative play, demanding players to work together to navigate complex and confusing layouts and crush stronger enemies. According to the developers, dungeons will test not only combat skills but also effective teamwork.

Another notable feature of the beta test will be a fully functional prison mechanic. If a character commits a serious crime, they will be sent to prison for one in-game day. During this period, the player will be able to experience various events, including solitary confinement, walks in the yard, and other elements of prison life. The developers have also included an alternative scenario: attempting to escape from prison, adding an element of risk and freedom of choice to the punishment system.

City life in Neverness to Everness will also be significantly more vibrant. Beta test participants will be able to fish, use taxis for transportation, participate in races, play mahjong, and even get a job in a cafe. These activities are designed to make the game world more bustling and varied, allowing players to spend time outside of battles and story missions.

New outfits for the protagonist and key characters will round out the list of new features. These cosmetics will be available to test participants and let them to customize their characters' appearances, highlighting their individual style in the world of Neverness to Everness.
