The dark roguelike Flame Keeper now available on Android
The popular roguelike Flame Keeper from Untold Tales SA and Kautki Cave has officially been released on the Android mobile platform. Now users around the world can download the game via Google Play and join the exciting adventure of the fiery hero named Ignis.

The mobile release took place on June 17, exactly one year after the game's release on PC. Flame Keeper originally debuted on Steam on June 17, 2024, and has since received mixed reviews: some players praised the combat system and visual style, while others pointed out the lack of variety and some technical flaws.

Now the mobile audience has a chance to experience this unusual game. The main character is a glowing ember named Ignis, who is tasked with returning the Eternal Flame to the world of Orbis, engulfed in darkness. Players will explore procedurally generated levels, fight enemies, collect resources, and enhance their hero's abilities with runes and artifacts.

The gameplay combines combat elements, exploration, and survival. To advance through the levels, you need to find fragments of the Eternal Flame, conserve energy, and make strategic decisions, because resources are limited and enemies are becoming more powerful.

There is no word yet on the release of the iOS version — the developers have not made any official statements on this matter on their social networks.

The Android release gives Flame Keeper a chance for the second wind and a wider audience, because now the unique combination of action and roguelike is available not only to PC gamers, but also to smartphone owners around the world.
