Introduced new products from Samsung: Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72
Samsung introduced a series of new and inexpensive smartphones Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and Galaxy A72. Externally, the new products are the same, but different in features, Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G and almost no difference from each other at all.
Samsung Galaxy A52, like the 5G version, has a Super AMOLED 6.5 display with Full HD resolution. The screen refresh rate of the Galaxy A52 is 90 Hz, while the 5G version is 120 Hz. The screen is protected by durable Gorilla Glass 5, and the smartphone itself has received protection under the IP67 standard. The battery is 4,500 mAh, there is support for fast charging at 25W, but the kit will come with a charger for 15W.
On the back cover is a block with a bunch of cameras, the main sensor has a resolution of 64 megapixels, optical stabilization, as well as Tetra-binning technology, which is able to connect four adjacent pixels of 0.8 microns into one. By default, all photos will be taken at 16 megapixels, but the user will be able to take photos at 64 megapixels as well. The main sensor also supports 4K video recording at 30 frames per second. In addition to the main sensor go: ultra-wide-angle at 12 megapixels, macro sensor at 5 megapixels and depth sensor at 5 megapixels. The front camera has a 32 megapixel sensor and face unlock feature.
The Galaxy A52 got a Snapdragon 732G single-chip system, 4/6/8GB RAM to choose from. The Galaxy A52 5 G got a Snapdragon 750G chip and a choice of 6/8GB RAM. And the ROM size of 128/256GB to choose from gets both models. There is also a slot for microSD. The smartphone runs Android 11 with the proprietary One UI 3.1 shell, has an on-screen fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Samsung Galaxy A72 externally is an exact copy of the Galaxy A52, but internally they are slightly different. The smartphone has a Super AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.7 inches and Full HD resolution. The refresh rate of the display is 90 Hz, the maximum brightness - 800 cd/m2. The weight of the smartphone is 203 grams. The battery is 5000 mAh, there is also IP67 protection, an on-screen fingerprint scanner, and Dolby Atmos stereo speakers.
The front camera is the same as the Galaxy A52. As for the main camera unit, the novelty also did not get much change. All sensors are identical to the Galaxy A52, except for the 5 MP depth sensor, instead it is now an 8 MP telephoto with support for 3x optical zoom and 30x digital. The Snapdragon 720G chip is responsible for performance, with 6/8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of permanent storage to choose from.
All novelties received the same color design and will be available in white, blue, purple and black. The Samsung Galaxy A52 is priced from €349, the Galaxy A52 5G from €429 and the Galaxy A72 from €449.
