Samsung Exynos 9825 chip with 7nm EUV technology introduced

Before the announcement of the Galaxy Note10 and Note10+, Samsung introduced its new Exynos 9825 chip. The Exynos 9825 processor has a new single-chip system in the world based on 7 nm EUV technology. This technology involves the use of ultraviolet lithography. The main difference between Exynos 9825 and Exynos 9820 is the finer process technology of 7 nm in contrast to 8 nm. Because of this, energy efficiency has improved slightly. As for the configuration, it remained the same. An 8-core system consisting of: two own high-performance cores, two Cortex-A75 and 4-oh Cortex-A55. The video accelerator is the same ARM Mali-G76 MP12. Exynos 9825 supports 8K video decoding with clean 30 fps and 4K 150 fps. There is also a built-in LTE Cat modem. 20 and support for its own 5G Exynos Modem 5100 modem. An integrated neural processor is responsible for processing artificial intelligence tasks. The new chip supports 4K and WQUXGA displays with a resolution of 3840 x 2400 pixels, UFS 3.0 and UFS 2.1 flash memory, as well as LPDDR4X RAM, a 22 MP front camera and a 16 MP camera bundle.
